If the answer to any of these is "yes" you have come to the right place. I have practised as an advocate ("Counsel") since 1993. My work is varied but I specialise in the areas mentioned. The purpose of this site is to inform you of the services that I can provide as an advocate or as an arbitrator (arbiter).

The photograph is taken from the Advocates' Library in Edinburgh (founded 1689) which is one of the finest law libraries in the British Isles and despite the internet remains a key source of legal knowledge.
